NewRetex Fiber – Redefining Textile Recycling
NewRetex fibers are crafted from post-consumer textiles, giving new life to worn-out garments. At our advanced AI-driven sorting facility, textiles are meticulously separated by material type, composition, and color, ensuring a high level of purity in each fiber fraction.
Sourced from household and laundry textile waste collected in Denmark, our fibers are produced in Europe, maintaining full traceability and sustainability throughout the process. By sorting garments with precision, we maximize resource efficiency and deliver high-quality recycled fibers—ready to shape the future of circular textiles.
Color – Naturally Defined by the Input
At NewRetex, we let the original textile waste define the color of our recycled fibers. This approach eliminates the need for resource-intensive dyeing, significantly reducing water and chemical consumption. However, additional dyeing remains an option if required.
Fiber Length – Optimized for Mechanical Recycling
The length of our fibers is determined by the input material, with an average range of 17–20 mm. Each batch is tested for spinning to ensure optimal performance in mechanical recycling. For specific details on fiber length per lot, feel free to contact us.
